Start with the guest list and where they stay
Before requesting a quote, group guests by hotel or area. Knowing how many people need picking up and where determines how many pick-up points and what vehicle size you need.
Define the route: outward, return and times
The most common scheme is hotels → ceremony or venue → hotels. Think about when the reception ends and whether you want one or several return trips, so guests who want to stay longer do not depend on the last coach.
Choose the vehicle by access and guests
A large coach is ideal for many guests; if the venue has narrow access or the groups are small, a minibus may be more practical. Ask the venue what the maximum access size is.
Tell guests well in advance
Send everyone the times and pick-up points well ahead, and include a contact phone number for the wedding day. The clearer, the fewer surprises.
