Count everyone, not just the confirmed
Include companions, leaders or teachers and the group organiser. A common mistake is booking a vehicle for the exact number of guests and then someone joins.
Think about luggage and equipment
Suitcases, instruments, sports gear or bikes take up space. If you carry a lot of equipment, tell the transport company: it can change the recommended vehicle.
